As of June 1st, 2015, the Deed Restrictions were renewed. Of the three amendments that were proposed (1. increased dues; 2. automatic renewal of deed restrictions; 3. permission to allow the POA to request and put to a vote the need for special assessments), only a single amendment in one unit was passed by the voting membership.
